Dairy Farmers Of Victoria Post-Graduate Scholarship In Veterinary Science 2026

The Dairy Farmers of Victoria Postgraduate Scholarship in Veterinary Science is offered to students who are enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy - Veterinary Science and are undertaking research in a field related to dairy cattle.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Be enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy – Veterinary Sciences
• Be undertaking research in a field related to dairy cattle
• Have met the requirements for confirmation of your candidature

The ​scholarship​ is offered to the student(s) ranked highest ​by the selection panel based on​ the quality of their application.

When determining the successful candidate for this prize, other awards received by candidates are considered.  

You must submit an application and include:

• Personal statement addressing the purpose of their research and their commitment to research in a field related to dairy cattle
• Curriculum vitae including leadership experience, publications or presentations related to their field of research
• Statement of support from their supervisor

​​The scholarship can be deferred to the following year with prior approval from the University. 

​Students must agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a note of appreciation or a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.​ 

All scholarship outcomes will be sent via SmartyGrants.
