About the Scholarship

Elizabeth Ann Crespin who died on 2 December 1971, bequeathed to the University the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). The sum and any accumulations and additions to the sum forms a fund called the ‘Elizabeth Ann Crespin Scholarships’. The scholarship shall be awarded to a graduate of the University who is pursuing post‐graduate research work in Agricultural Science whether in Australia or abroad.

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy - Agricultural Science
  • Have met the requirements for confirmation of their candidature

Selection Criteria

  • The prize is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on the quality of their application.
  • When determining the successful candidate for this scholarship, other prizes received by candidates are considered.

Application Requirements

You must submit an application and include:

  • A personal statement addressing the purpose of and your commitment to your field of research
  • Your curriculum vitae including leadership experience, publications or presentations related to your field of research
  • A statement of support from your supervisor

Outcome

All scholarship outcomes will be sent via SmartyGrants.
