Dr Frank Cope Scholarship For Agronomy 2025

​​The Dr Frank Cope Scholarship for Agronomy was established with a gift from the Friends of the University of Melbourne Trust and is offered to students who are enrolled in a graduate research degree with the School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences (SAFES) in the field of Agronomy.​ 

​​To be considered for this scholarship, students must: 

• ​Be enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy – Agricultural Science
• ​Be undertaking research in the field of Agronomy 
• ​Have met the requirements for confirmation of their candidature​ 

• The prize is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on the quality of their application.
• When determining the successful candidate for this scholarship, other prizes received by candidates are considered.

You must submit an application and include:

• A personal statement addressing the purpose of your research and your commitment to research in the field of Agronomy
• Your curriculum vitae including leadership experience, publications or presentations related to your field of research
• A statement of support from your supervisor.

All scholarship outcomes will be sent via SmartyGrants.
