The Professor Maurice H. Belz Scholarship is a scholarship sponsored by the Professor Maurice H. Belz fund, and recognises students achieving academic excellence in the Master of Science (Mathematics and Statistics).

This scholarship is available for Masters students (Mathematics and Statistics) undertaking research in the area of Statistics, Applied Probability, Stochastic Processes or Operations Research.

Eligibility (Not Applicable)

To be considered for this scholarship, you must be a Masters student in the School of Mathematics and Statistics undertaking research in the area of statistics, applied probability, stochastic processes or operations research.

Selection Criteria (Not Applicable)

The award is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on their application

Scholarships may only be taken up after enrolment in the Master of Science (Mathematics & Statistics) is complete, and will not be offered in conjunction with other School scholarships.

Outcome (Not Applicable)

All scholarship outcomes will be sent via SmartyGrants.
